Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes up to 15 days. Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow the full 15 days for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier issues, or local postal delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
